Directors - BHSF Group Limited
Paul Kanas joined the Board
(formerly the Executive Council) of BHSF Limited in March 1988 and of BHSF Group Limited on
16 May 2003. He was elected Vice-Chairman in December 1997 and Non-executive Chairman in 2000. He is Company
Medical Advisor at Cadbury Trebor Bassett, Bourneville, Birmingham. He was elected a Life Member
in 2005.
Peter Maskell joined BHSF
at the beginning of 1999 and became Chief Executive in May of that year. He was appointed to the
Board of BHSF Limited in June 2000 and of BHSF Group Limited on 16 May 2003.
Philip Ashbourne has been
with BHSF since 1975. He was appointed to the Board of BHSF Limited as Operations Director in August 2000, of BHSF
Group Limited on 2 July 2003. He became Technical Director on 1 October 2006 and Technical and Compliance Director in September 2008. Philip is also Secretary to the Trustees of the BHSF Medical Charity and
Welfare Trust.
Brian Hall, our Sales and
Marketing Director has been with BHSF since August 2001 and was elected to the Board of BHSF
Limited in October 2001 and of BHSF Group Limited on 2 July 2003. Brian is a fellow of the
Institute of Sales and Marketing Management and has spent his entire career in insurance sales
and management.
Neil Mackay, had many years of
successful accountancy, commercial and banking experience before joining Advantage Business Angels in 2002 where he is
Managing Director. He was appointed to the board of BHSF Group Limited on 14 January 2009.
David Oxtoby joined the Board
of BHSF Group Limited in April 2008 as a Non-executive Director. He enjoyed a long and wide career in business at board level and now teaches Corporate Governance and Strategic Management
at post-graduate and professional level at the University of Wolverhampton, Birmingham Business School, Durham University
Business School and Loughborough University Business School.
John Spence was appointed a Non-executive
Director of BHSF Limited in August 2000 and of BHSF Group Limited on 2 July 2003 having previously served the former Executive
Council from March 1996 to April 1999. He is the Human Resources Director for Imperial Commercials Limited based in High
Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
Nicholas Wright joined BHSF
as Group Accountant in March 2003. He joined the Board of BHSF Limited as Finance Director on 1

David K Nuttall joined BHSF as Company Secretary in January 2002, on our acquisition of The Health Scheme, and was appointed Customer Service Manager in October 2003. He became Customer Service Director on his appointment to the subsidiary company Boards on 1 August 2008 and HR and Operations Director on 1 January 2010.
Michael P Sims joined BHSF as a Computer Systems Manager in 2003. He became IS and Business Improvment Director on his appointment to the subsidiary company Boards on 2 September 2008 and IS and Quality Director on 1 January 2010.
Bill Begg was appointed to the Boards of BHSF's subsidiary companies on 1 May 2008. Having retired after a career in the automotive industry, he still maintains a number of business interests in the UK and abroad.
David Edmonds joined the boards
of the subsidiary companies on 9 February 2009. After a career in banking and several years experience in executive and
non-executive roles, David is currently Managing Director of the Advantage Creative Fund.
Chris Gunnell is a director of Network Insurance Brokers Limited. He was previously the co-owner of Network Insurance Brokers Limited, First Assure Limited and Network Benefits Group Limited which were acquired by BHSF Services Limited in June 2010.Management
