125 years - and still customers
The 29 Birmingham companies which have been customers of one of the city’s oldest organisations for at least 125 years, are to be presented with specially commissioned cut glass goblets at a celebratory lunch.
The oldest surviving records of BHSF go back to 1883 and include organisations such as Birmingham Assay Office, Cadbury’s, GKN, Royal Mail and West Midlands Fire Service.
They have all been invited to a presentation lunch at Opus Restaurant in the city centre on 26 November.
Peter Maskell, chief executive, said: “Our first priority is to our customers, and many companies would be envious of our record of having nearly 30 customers for at least 125 years”.
