Two step up at BHSF as Mike retires
BHSF has announced three changes to its boards.
Mike Chapman, BHSF’s HR and Quality Management Director, is retiring after nearly nine years with the business. He joined after a very lengthy career with Lucas Aerospace and in his time with BHSF has established first class HR procedures and a quality regime which has seen the business accredited as an Investor in People, awarded ISO 9001:2000 and winning awards for its quality processes.
Mike and his wife Dorothy are keen family people with two children and two new grandchildren and they are passionate international travellers. In addition Mike is a keen photographer and a past president of the Solihull Photographic Society. We wish Mike and Dorothy every happiness in retirement.
From January 2010, David Nuttall, aged 39, becomes HR and Operations Director. He joined BHSF on its acquisition of The Health Scheme in 2001 and has grown with the business, completing his MBA at Birmingham Business School in 2006. David has served as a Governor of Queen Alexandra College and lives with his wife and baby daughter in Lichfield.
Also from January 2010, Mike Sims, aged 53, becomes IS and Quality Director. Mike has international IS experience, having run his own computer consultancy.
