BHSF’s dozen good reasons
The importance of staff training and development to a Birmingham-based company has just been highlighted by 12 employees passing NVQs.
BHSF, the nationwide healthcare insurer, has awarded seven staff for passing TQ Level 2, two for gaining Customer Service Level 2, two for Business Administration Level 2 and one for Business Administration Level 3.
“The company takes training of staff very seriously and besides the courses the 12 have passed we also have coaching, mentoring, management and contact-centre NVQs”.
