Our teams’ unwavering commitment to delivering the highest service standards is something we take great pride in. In the last year, we saw an astonishing 20-point increase in our customer NPS (63.10 as of 31 March 2023). We continue to be the highest rated cash plan provider on Trustpilot: 4.9 rated ‘Excellent’ based on 4,289 reviews at the time of writing. Furthermore, we have consistently maintained a score of 4.8 or higher since February 2021 against a backdrop of change and pressures within the market generally.

Our customers highly value our integrated health and wellbeing services. These services include on-demand access to mental health support and GP consultations. We actively enhance our systems and resources to ensure their continuous improvement.

We prioritise value for employers and their employees through our cash plans, providing comprehensive coverage at affordable prices. We actively listen to consumer and advisor feedback, addressing their priorities for increased allowances, new benefits, and improved claim processes.

Our commitment to cost transparency and value-added products has led to higher customer retention rates. Additionally, it has also resulted in increased loyalty from advisors, employers, and employees.

Supporting employers and advisors through the cost-of-living crisis

In response to the cost-of-living crisis, we understand the challenges employers and intermediaries face. Taking proactive action, we have reviewed payment terms and deferred pricing increases on certain products and services. Additionally, we have provided extra support to help manage health benefit costs.
