BHSF customer satisfaction at all-time high
Birmingham-based health insurer BHSF has again excelled in its service provision, according to latest satisfaction results.
The Birmingham Insurance Institute collated replies to three independent surveys among customers, corporate clients and intermediaries and findings showed high levels of satisfaction.
David Nuttall, BHSF HR and Operations Director, said: “To have those customers surveyed say they are happy with the service and products provided (98%), find it easy to make a claim (99%), enjoy value for money (98%) and would recommend BHSF (98%) is great recognition for us.
“All of these figures show an improvement on our previous survey, which demonstrates the commitment of BHSF to continually seek the best for our customers. These all-time high figures are a credit to all our colleagues.
“We always aim to find new ways of working and this approach, together with the survey results, reflects our commitment to seeking continual improvement”
Chief Executive Peter Maskell endorsed the findings, saying: “We never rest on our laurels and these results are testament to that. We work very hard to ensure our customers, corporate clients and intermediaries receive only the highest levels of service.
