Step 1

Your employee engages with our services and is booked into a RISE dedicated therapist for assessment. If your employee is after medical, legal, financial or carer support we'll pass them to the relevant advisor straight away.

A referral is made into the appropriate clinical care pathway. This could be psychoeducation, short term counselling, enhanced psychological assessment, CBT therapy, EMDR therapy to name a few.

Case management

A dedicated guide

Your employee will be paired with a dedicated case manager who acts as their guide. Helping craft a care plan, provide ongoing support and conduct a final review to ensure they feel fully supported.
