How to add employees using the 'Upload' method

Need to add or update multiple employees at once? This guide shows you how to use the upload tool. Watch the video or follow the step-by-step instructions below.

Step 1: Visit the account page

Go to the “My Account” page located at the top of this website.

Step 2: Choose your login option

Under “I am an employer”, you’ll see two login options:

Step 3: Log in to your portal

Step 4: Prepare the BHSF upload spreadsheet

⚠️ Important: All mandatory fields must be completed or the upload will fail.

Step 5: Save the spreadsheet correctly

Step 6: Upload the file to the portal

Step 7: Check for confirmation

Step 8: Fix any errors
