How to navigate your corporate portal

Step 1: Visit the account page

• Click on "My Account" located at the top of this webpage.

Step 2: Choose your login option

• Under "I am an employer" you’ll see two login options:
  • Option 1: If your group policy number starts with two letters, select the first option.
  • Option 2: If it does not, select the second option.
• Complete the verification code step if prompted.

Step 2: Explore your dashboard

Your dashboard gives you a quick overview of:

• Total claims in the last 12 months
• A summary of your company policy
• Access to the Resource Centre

Step 3: Use the navigation bar

Across the top, you'll find these key sections:

• Statistics → View claims data, policy summaries, and exportable reports
• Update Membership → Add, amend, or cancel policyholders (individually or in bulk)
• Member Info → View all active members, open profiles, and export data
• Payments → Check instalments, payment status, and due dates
• Documents → Download statements, invoices, and policy documents

Step 4: Update your membership

In the "Update Membership" section, you can:

• Add new policyholders
• Amend existing details
• Cancel cover
• Choose between:
  • Using the “Add Single Member” button
  • Uploading via the Excel template

Step 5: Manage your payments

Go to the Payments tab to view:

• Instalment numbers
• Payment status
• Due dates
• And export payment data directly from the portal

Step 6: Find your documents

Visit the "Documents" section to access:

• Policy documents
• Statements and invoices
• Download or print them straight from the portal

Step 7: Log out securely

• Click your initials in the top-right corner to find the "Log Out" button.

Step 8: You’re all set

• You're ready to explore your employer portal and manage your company policy with ease.
