What employees can see in their portal

Step 1: How employees access their portal

Employees have their own policyholder portal.

They can access it from the BHSF website by selecting “My Account”, then choosing “Letters and numbers policyholders”.

Step 2: View the employee dashboard

The dashboard gives employees an overview of their account, including:

• Active policies
• Recent payments
• Recent claims
• Quotes

Step 3: Explore the main navigation

From the main navigation, employees can access:

• My Policies
• My Claims
• My Quotes
• Premium Payments

Step 4: View policy information

Under “My Policies”, employees can:

• View their policy summary
• Make a claim
• Make a request
• See their benefits and benefit limits

Step 5: View benefits and services

Under the “Terms” tab, employees can:

• See what each benefit covers
• View further information about their benefits
• Find out how to access included services

Step 6: Access policy documents and other information

Employees can also use the other tabs within their policy to view:

• Documents: policy documents and letters
• Payments: payment information
• Claims: their claims
• Insured: who is covered under the policy
