How to log in to your policyholder portal

Step 1: Go to the login page

• Visit the “My Account” page at the top of this page.
• Select the box that says:
  ‘Letters and numbers policyholders (e.g. PL0000123)’.

Step 2: Enter your login details

On the portal login page:

• Enter your email address.
• Enter your password.
• Click Sign In.

Step 3: Verify your account

• A verification code will be sent to your email.
• Enter the code when prompted and click Verify code.
• ⚠️ Tip: If you don’t receive the code, check your spam/junk folder or click “Send new code.”

Step 4: Complete login

• Once verified, click Continue login to access your portal.

Step 5: You’re all set

You’re now logged into your BHSF portal and can:

• View and download your policy documents
• Update your personal details
• Make and track claims
