How to reset your corporate portal password

Step 1: Visit the account page

• Click on "My Account" located at the top of this webpage.

Step 2: Choose your login option

• Under "I am an employer" you’ll see two login options:
  • Option 1: If your group policy number starts with two letters, select the first option.
  • Option 2: If it does not, select the second option.

Step 2: Select “Forgot your password?”

• On the login page, click the “Forgot your password?” link below the sign-in button.

Step 3: Enter your email address

• Type in the email address linked to your portal.
• Click “Send verification code.”

Step 4: Verify your email

• Check your inbox for an email from BHSF with your verification code.
• Enter the code into the field provided and click "Verify code".

⚠️ Tip: If you don’t receive the code, check your spam/junk folder or click “Send new code” to try again.

Step 5: Create a new password

• Once your code is verified, you'll be prompted to create a new password.
• Choose something secure but easy to remember.
• Click "Continue".

Step 6: Log in with your new password

• You will now return to the login page.
• Enter your email address and new password.
• Complete any verification code step if prompted.

Step 7: You're all set

Your password has been successfully updated, and you can now log in to your corporate BHSF portal.
