Protection when they need it most: If an employee's off sick for 30 days or more, they receive a monthly income of up to £2,0001 - no extra cost to you.
We pay a monthly benefit if they can't work due to illness or accident (check policy details for exclusions).
Coverage until they return or reach the benefit limit. No claim limits during the policy period.
Employees can choose from three levels to suit their budgets and needs.
Level 1: Get support if symptoms last over 30 days.
Level 2: Extended protection kicks in after 60 days.
Level 3: Our most comprehensive cover starts paying after 90 days.
Eligibility: Permanent UK resident within the right age range, and actively working.
Exclusions: Back-related conditions (unless documented) and mental disorders (unless this impacts them from attending work).
