How to navigate your policyholder portal dashboard

Step 1: Log in to your portal

• Visit the “My Account” page at the top of this page.
• Select the box that says:
  ‘Letters and numbers policyholders (e.g. PL0000123)’.
• Enter your email address and password.
• Complete the verification code step if prompted.

Step 2: Use your dashboard

Once logged in, your dashboard gives you a quick overview of:

• Your active policies
• Recent payments
• Recent claims
• Quotes you’ve created

Step 3: Access main sections

On desktop, use the navigation bar along the top to reach:

• My Policies → view your policy details, benefits, and documents
• My Claims → make a claim or track existing claims
• My Quotes → start a new quote or view saved ones
• Premium Payments → check your billing and payment history

On mobile, tap the three lines in the top-right corner to open the menu.

Step 4: Manage your profile & settings

• Click your initials in the top-right corner.
• Here you can access:
  • My Profile
  • Settings
  • Logout

On mobile, these options are under the three-line menu.

Step 5: Use quick launch controls

• Look for the double arrows icon on the right side of your screen.
• Use these shortcuts to:
  • Start a new claim
  • Begin a new quote

Available on both desktop and mobile.

Step 6: Request support

• On desktop:
  • Go to My Policies
  • Select your policy
  • Click Make a Request
• On mobile:
  • Go to My Policies
  • Select your policy
  • Tap the three dots icon to find Make a Request

Step 7: You’re all set

You’re ready to explore your portal and manage your policy with ease.
