How to view the status of your claim

Step 1: Log in to your portal

• Click “My Account” at the top of this page.
• Select the box labelled: ‘Letters and numbers policyholders (e.g. PL0000123)’.
• Enter your email and password, then complete the verification step if prompted.

Step 2: Go to “My Claims”

• From the top menu, click “My Claims.”
• You'll see a full list of claims you've submitted.

Step 3: Check the status

Each claim will show one of the following:

• Open – Your claim is still being processed
• Closed – Your claim has been paid or cancelled

Step 4: View more information

• Click on a claim to view the full details.
• You’ll see exactly what was submitted and what’s been paid.
