How to access your health & wellbeing services

Step 1: Visit the account page

• Go to the "My Account" page of this website.
• Log in to your portal using your email address and password.

Step 2: Go to “My Policies”

• From the navigation bar, select “My Policies”.
• Find your policy and click “View Details”.

Step 3: View your benefits and services

• On the Policy Details page, open the Terms tab.
• Here, you’ll see a full list of all services and benefits included in your policy.
• Click on any service to read more about it.
  • For digital services (e.g. online eye screening, dental access, or physiotherapy), once clicked, you’ll be given access instructions.
  • For other benefits, you’ll see an overview and any relevant details.
