We’ve got a long history of making healthcare accessible to employees. Our health cash plans mean employees can claim money back (up to certain limits) on their everyday healthcare costs – like trips to the dentist, opticians or physio.

Employers can choose to set up a company-paid health cash plan, or a voluntary one that’s paid for by the individual employee. The employee just needs to be aged 16 or over when they apply and be a resident of the UK.

Company-paid:

Give employees a little thank you for their hard work every time they visit the dentist or opticians. With our company-paid health cash plan, called Enterpise, they get a financial boost whenever they spend money on their everyday healthcare.

Our health cash plans are a useful employee benefit that can help with staff retention and attracting new people. Funded by the company? Even better.

We have four different levels of cover to choose from, with premiums starting from just £4.54 per month (per employee)*. Employees can choose to upgrade their policy or add their family – they just pay for the difference themselves via payroll deduction.

Employee-funded:

We help employees budget for their everyday healthcare by spreading the cost out monthly. With our health cash plan, called Health4All, employees can claim money back on things like trips to the dentist, opticians or physio, plus much more.

Health cash plans are a handy benefit that can help to attract new employees and keep valued employees.

Employers don’t need to have a big budget – we can help with a scheme that is funded by the employee. The employer just needs to set up some simple admin and we’ll take care of the rest. Employees then opt in, and payment is taken from their monthly salary via payroll deduction.

They can choose the level of cover that’s right for them, and add on their partner/children. Our premiums start from just £5.98 per month* and employees can claim back varying amounts, depending on the level of cover they choose.**
