This payment might be deducted from their salary, funded by the company or it could be a contribution you make as the employer with additional employee top-ups. This premium is what secures their access to their benefits.
When your employees need routine healthcare services like a dental check-up, new glasses from the optician, or even treatment from a physiotherapist or chiropractor, they simply visit their preferred practitioner. They pay for the service directly at the time of their appointment, just as they normally would.
After their appointment and once they’ve paid, the employee submits the receipt to us via the online claims portal.
We process the claim and reimburse 100% of the cost (up to the cash limit) directly to the employee.
