How to view your policy details

Step 1: Log in to your portal

• Click “My Account” at the top of this page.
• Select the box labelled: ‘Letters and numbers policyholders (e.g. PL0000123)’.
• Enter your email and password, then complete the verification step if prompted.

Step 2: Go to “My Policies”

• From your dashboard, click “My Policies” in the navigation menu.
• Find the policy you’d like to manage.
• Click “View Details” to open your policy summary.

Step 3: View your policy information

Inside the Policy Details page, you’ll find:

• Policy number
• Monthly and yearly premiums
• Policy start date
• Plan and cover level
• Benefits & services – check what’s included in your cover
• Documents
• Payments
• Claims history
• Who is insured on this policy

Step 4: Review your benefits

• Scroll down the Policy Details page to view your included benefits and usage limits.
• Click the arrow next to each benefit to expand for more information.

Step 5: Access digital services and extra benefits

• Open the Terms tab.
• Here you’ll find details of what’s covered under each benefit.
• Some benefits include links to third-party services, such as:
  • Digital dentistry
  • Online eye screening
  • Physiotherapy tools
  • Skin cancer screening
  • Discounts platform

Step 6: View your policy documents

• Go to the Documents tab.
• Download your welcome pack, policy schedule, terms & conditions, and any letters or correspondence.

Step 7: Check your payments

• Open the Payments tab.
• View your monthly payment amount, payment method, and past / upcoming payment dates.

Step 8: Manage your claims

• Go to the Claims tab to view a summary of your claims.
• Click “View Claim Details” for more information.

Step 9: See who’s covered

Open the Insured tab to check who’s included on your policy — including any dependants or a partner if applicable.
