Register your portal account

Step 1: Check your emails

You’ll receive two emails, both titled “Welcome to BHSF”.

• One email says “Get ready to access your policy documents” - this confirms your policy is active.
• The other email says “Get ready to create your account” -this includes:
  • Your username (your email address)
  • Your temporary password
  • A secure login link

📌 Tip: Check your spam or junk folder if you can’t see these emails.
Emails will come from:
dontreply@bhsf.co.uk or DontReply@bhsfcouk.onmicrosoft.com.

Step 2: Open the login link

• In the “Get ready to create your account” email, click the secure login link.
• You’ll be taken to the BHSF portal login page.

Step 3: Enter your login details

On the login page:

• Enter your username - this is your email address, shown in the email.
• Enter your temporary password from the same email.

Step 4: Set your new password

• You’ll be prompted to create a new password.
• Choose something secure but easy to remember.

Step 5: Next, verify your account

A verification code will be sent to your email:

• Enter your email address and click Send Code.
• Retrieve the code from your inbox and enter it when prompted.
• Click Verify Code.

Step 6: Complete the login

Once verified, click Continue Login.
You’ll be directed back to the login page to sign in using your new password.

Step 7: You’re all set 🎉

You’ve now set up your account and can start using your BHSF portal to:

• View and download policy documents
• Manage your details
• Make and track claims
